Agape Family Health Mobile Unit
Agape Family Health (AFH) Mobile Medical Unit is AFH medical unit on wheels providing access to quality health care for men, women and children ages 3 and up with a focus on eliminating barriers to care for underserved children and the importance of reducing health care disparities. The AFH Medical Mobile unit is staffed by a team of experienced health care professionals, with support of community resources for Medical Mobile Unit patients.We welcome all patients, regardless of ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance, we will work with you to determine your discounted affordable payment. No appointment is necessary. Patients will be seen in the order of arrival. - Educate families of insurance options, healthy living, and the advantages of establishing a permanent medical home for their children
- Increase immunizations provided in target areas
- Reduce inappropriate ER use by increasing access to health care in target areas

Our nurse team will help you to obtain a dietary plan, set goals and develop creative, effective ways for lowering your blood sugar levels.
